Into the Bible:

Read Matthew 7: 15-20

  2. How can a person who is broken, and who can never be perfect in this world be like the “Fine Tree” Jesus talks about? What has to happen?

  3. Can you think of  a part of your life that has been changed because of your relationship with Jesus? What areas in your life would you like to ask Him to help you with as you grow?

Application:

Instructions: The purpose of these questions is to apply the main points from the weekend message.

  1. Think of the person you most associate with as being a “Strong Christian”....what qualities do they display? How are you inspired by them?

  2. Being a true Christian is Verified in our relationship with Christ. In addition, we can see from Scripture that Jesus intended for us to experience Christian life within a community of believers (Heb 10:24)?  What are some ways you are intentionally participating in Christian Community right now?

  3. To be a Community member it takes commitment...How are you balancing/managing the need for community against the issues we face today?

  4. We all face challenges as we learn who Jesus is, and who He wants us to become. Who in the Christian Community can you reach out to for help as you grow?
