LifePoint Church Benevolence Ministry offers a supportive place for people to come and address their financial needs and other financial problems they may be facing. With a limited budget for each session, we attempt to help as many as possible with utility payments and rental assistance only. Through focused listening, we will look for additional needs and offer direction to other suitable resources. Our hope is to offer connections to other local ministries that can also assist you with your financial needs.

How to Apply

In order to apply for assistance you will need to come during the set times to explain your need in person. In order for us to determine if we can help with your financial needs, you must bring any backup documentation you can provide to support the requested assistance (i.e., lease agreement, utility bill, proof of income, list of monthly expenses, etc.) along with personal identification. No assistance will be granted if we cannot verify the information you are providing. The Benevolence Ministry will not provide help to anyone who, in its estimation, will have negative or irresponsible behavior reinforced by financial help. Those requesting help must be willing to give the Benevolence Ministry permission to follow up on any of the information provided to the department. The Benevolence Ministry will only be able to assist you once every 12 months. No exceptions.

El Ministerio de Benevolencia de la Iglesia LifePoint es un lugar de apoyo para que las personas gestionen sus necesidades financieras y otros problemas que puedan estar enfrentando. Con un presupuesto limitado para cada sesión intentamos ayudar a la mayor cantidad de personas posible con los pagos de servicios públicos y asistencia para el alquiler. Nuestra deseo es tambien enlazarlo con otros ministerios locales que también puedan ayudarle con sus necesidades financieras.

Cómo aplicar

Para solicitar asistencia deberás venir en los horarios establecidos para hablar sobre tu necesidad. Para determinar si podemos ayudarle con sus necesidades financieras, deberas traer cualquier documentación que respalde la asistencia solicitada (es decir, contrato de arrendamiento, factura de servicios públicos, etc.) junto con una identificación personal. No se otorgará asistencia si no podemos verificar la información que usted proporciona. El Ministerio de Benevolencia no proporcionará ayuda aquellas personas que, de acuerdo al criterio de este ministerio, tengan un comportamiento negativo o irresponsable respecto a sus finanzas. Quienes soliciten ayuda deben estar dispuestos a otorgar permiso al Ministerio de Benevolencia para realizar un seguimiento de cualquier información proporcionada al departamento. El Ministerio de Benevolencia sólo podrá ayudarle una vez cada 12 meses. Sin excepciones.
