Parents Day Out Program

We are excited you are interested in our program.
The Creative Learning Center (CLC) is a Christ-centered, Parents Day Out Preschool and Pre K program designed to offer a comfortable first step into the world of group education for young children. The Creative Learning Center is an integral part of the ministry of LifePoint Church.
Registration opens to the public on March 6, 2024.
Registration will take place in person, in the C Lobby. The doors will open at 8:30am, with registration beginning at 9:15am.
First day of school for 2024–2025.

Our Purpose
The mission of the program is to utilize the full resources of LifePoint Church and the community in providing programs designed to meet the developmental needs (spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual and social) of children and provide an effective ministry to their families.
Ages
The Creative Learning Center has classes for children ages six months through five years of age. All three-year-olds must be potty trained. For children 4 and 5 years old, we offer a four-day Pre-K program.
For the 2024–2025 school year, CLC offers the following programs:
Parents Day Out
2-Day Program
Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am–2:00pm. Class placement is based on the child’s age as of August 15. Children must be six months old by August 15 to participate in the Parents Day Out program. All children three years old and up must be potty trained.
Pre-K:
4-Day Program
This program is for children who will be going to kindergarten the next fall. It is our Pre-K teachers goal to fully prepare them for their formal education. Classes meet Monday–Thursday from 9:00am–2:00pm. Class placement is based on the child’s age as of August 15.
Admission
A registration form must be submitted for your child to be considered for admission. Registration forms are available in the CLC office and must be returned to the CLC office. If there are no openings available, your child can be placed on a waiting list. You will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available. All other forms must be turned into our office before the first day your child is to attend CLC. For Pre-K, you must have a CURRENT updated shot record on file before the first day of school.
Tours of the Creative Learning Center are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please call our office at 615.459.5070, to schedule a tour.

*Fees are set on a 10-month pay scale, not on a set number of days per month. The registration fee for any program is non-refundable.
Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable. Tuition is due the first of each month, August-May.
We accept payment in the form of cash and check.
The Creative Learning Center loosely follows the Rutherford County School District calendar FOR MAJOR DATES. We are closed on all holidays and breaks, including inclement weather closings. We are also closed on County Early Dismissal Days. A copy of the Rutherford County School Calendar is available on their website.
