Think of a time in your life when you were wronged. How did you feel in that moment and what emotions did you experience? What actions did you take in response to being wronged and why?
Think of a time in your life when you wronged someone else. How did you realize you were wrong? What steps did you take to ask for forgiveness and apologize to the person you wronged?
