My House Worship Guide | Week of September 15, 2019

Day 1 

Read: Deuteronomy 6:1-9

Pray: 

  • Thank God for His good rules that He has given us to live holy and faithfully.

  • Thank God for the way that He uses the family to pass on the True things of God to the next generation.

  • Ask God for a renewed commitment to do whatever it takes in your home to make passing on the things of God the highest priority.

Day 2 

Read: Ephesians 6:1-9

Pray: 

  • Thank God for His clear instructions for parents and children.

  • Thank God for how our submission to authority demonstrates the gospel to those around us.

  • Ask God for a humility to fulfill the roles that He has placed you in faithfully and honorably.

Day 3 

Read: Ephesians 6:10-20

Pray:

  • Thank God that He gives us what we need to fight the battle for godliness in our lives.

  • Ask God to help you daily put on the whole armor of God.

  • Ask God for words given to you that you would proclaim boldly the gospel in every place you go.
