Week of May 19, 2019 My House Worship Guide

Day 1

Read: 1 Timothy 4:7-10

Pray:

  • Thank God for the call to live a godly life.

  • Thank God for the hope we have in Him, the Savior of all.

  • Ask God for the discipline to live a godly life.

Sing: For Your Glory - My House Worship Sessions

Day 2

Read: 1 Corinthians 9:19-27

Pray:

  • Thank God that our only obligation is faithfulness to Him and the proclamation of Him.

  • Thank God for the imperishable prize that we receive for trusting Christ and following him faithfully.

  • Ask God for the right motivation—to do everything for the sake of the gospel.

Day 3

Read: Hebrews 12:1-11

Pray:

  • Thank God for what He has called and equipped you to endure in this life.

  • Ask God for eyes to see what He is doing as you endure trials and battle sin.

  • Ask God for perseverance and discipline to run faithfully after Him.
