The Church and LGBTQ – Q & A

Dr. Andrew T. Walker from Southern Seminary who wrote God and the Transgender Debate, led two sessions and a Q & A on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the LifePoint Church Smyrna Campus.

Many of us know people who identify as LGBTQ, so it’s crucial that we understand deeply what the Bible has to say about these issues, as well as how we can lovingly engage with LGBTQ people.

Dr. Walker will help us understand what the Bible says about sexual and gender issues and how we as Christians should engage with those who are struggling with these issues. He has devoted much of his career and time addressing LGBT issues with compassion, clarity, and truth. We are confident that he will help us as we all navigate a world that is continually consumed with the sexual revolution.
