The NextGen Leader Conference is for every leader serving in preschool, kids, students, and young adult ministries across all LifePoint campuses.
This is more than a training event. It’s a day to step away from the normal rhythm of ministry and be encouraged, refreshed, challenged, and reminded why what you do matters.
Week after week, you show up for the next generation. You rock babies, lead small groups, welcome students, disciple young adults, answer hard questions, calm nerves, teach Scripture, and faithfully point people to Jesus in every season of life. This conference is one of the ways we want to pour back into you.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear vision for where we’re headed as a NextGen ministry, learn alongside leaders from across all campuses, build deeper relationships with one another, and walk away with practical encouragement you can carry into the ministry year ahead.
Most importantly, we want every leader to leave reminded of this: you are not doing this alone.
The day will include main sessions, breakout sessions, practical encouragement, plenty of fun, and time together as a team as we prepare for a brand new ministry year. Our hope is that you leave reminded that what you do matters and confident that God wants to use you in the lives of the next generation.
We’re excited to have Senior Pastor Pat Hood and NextGen Pastor Jody Livingston speaking during the conference as they encourage and equip our leaders to continue helping the next generation find life in Jesus and live sent.
New Leader Pre-Conference check-in begins at 8:00am.
Returning leaders check-in begins at 8:30am.
Conference begins at 9:00am.
Lunch will be provided.
Childcare will not be available during the conference.*
*Many of the leaders who would normally help provide childcare during events are the very people we want in the room being encouraged, equipped, and invested in during this conference.
