Day 1

Read: Hebrews 4:1-13

Pray:

• Thank God that we who believe enter an eternal rest with God.

• Thank God for the Sabbath rest that He provides for His people through Jesus.

• Ask God to help us remain faithful as we enter that rest.

Read: Matthew 11:25-30

Pray:

• Thank God that the Son came to do the work of the Father.

• Thank God for His offer of rest to His children.

• Ask God to help you bring your burdens to Him, that He might lighten them by carrying them with you.

Read: Genesis 2:1-3

Pray:

• Thank God that He worked perfectly and rested perfectly.

• Ask God to help you discover healthy patterns of work and rest in your own life.

• Thank God that His work is sufficient for our spiritual rest.
