Week of April 14, 2019 My House Worship Guide

Easter Week Worship Guide

During the week of Easter we hope that you enjoy some intentional time as an individual and/or as a family celebrating and remembering Jesus’ death and resurrection. This guide is intended to help you do just that. Each day will follow a simple pattern of Read, Pray, Sing. A great model for your own time with the Lord and a very achievable model for families with kids. Each day has a Scripture reading, some things to pray for, and links to songs that will allow your family to worship together. At least one song each day is more targeted towards kids. We hope you will carve out intentional time each day from Palm Sunday (April 14th) through Easter Sunday (April 21st) to remember these Truths, talk to the Lord, and celebrate Him through song. May God bless your times of worship this week and we look forward to remembering and celebrating together at our Good Friday gatherings at 6:00pm on each campus (Smyrna, Stewarts Creek, and Riverdale) and our Easter gatherings Saturday at 6:00pm and Sunday at 9:00am and 10:30am at each campus (Smyrna, Stewarts Creek, and Riverdale).

Before beginning this week, take a moment to consider the Biblical evidence for the practice and importance of family worship.
