Clarkston, GA is one of the most diverse communities in America where 60-70% of the population are foreign-born, representing over 50 countries, and 100+ distinct ethnic groups. And all this diversity is compressed within 1.4 square miles. On this sending experience, you will partner with NAMB Send Relief’s Ministry Center where you will learn why the church must step toward refugees with mercy and compassion, how this is done, and where it happens best. Each day will consist of various forms of cross-cultural training as well as opportunities for community outreach.
