• March 3, 2024 – Announcement to Congregations and Distribute Executive Summary and Final Copy of Charter/Bylaws

• April 3, 2024 – Business Meeting (First Meeting) with Congregational Discussion of Bylaw Changes. Smyrna Campus, Cafe 1 at 6:30pm.

• May 8, 2024 – Business Meeting (Second Meeting) with vote to Approve Bylaw Changes. Smyrna Campus, Cafe 1 at 6:30pm.
