Thank God for His clear instruction and clear correction on Communion.
Ask God to forgive you for times you have participated in Communion with wrong motive.
Ask God for wisdom on how to appreciate and celebrate Communion.

Read: 1 Corinthians 11:23-34
Pray:
Thank God for putting in place the practice of remembering the death of Jesus through Communion.
Thank God for Jesus’ demonstration of how to celebrate Communion.
Ask God to help you take seriously His warnings around Communion.

Read: Matthew 26:17-29
Pray:
Thank God that Communion reminds us of Passover, which reminds us that God has had a plan for our redemption since the beginning of time.
Thank God for His instruction to continue celebrating Communion until Jesus returns.
Ask God to give you a right heart in celebrating Communion.
