Into the Bible

Instructions: The purpose of these questions is to draw group members into the Bible to discover truth from passages that were not the primary text for the weekend message.

Read: Job 26: 7-14

  1. Do you agree with the words God inspired to record here in Job?

  2. How do these words make you feel?

  3. Do you ever catch yourself treating God like the Queen of England…if so how?

Application:

Instructions: The purpose of these questions is to apply the main points from the weekend message.

  1. How many Masters can you have in your life at one time…why do you say that?

  2. In our Sermon this week, we learned about many cultural ideas throughout history that people have adopted to become their “Ruler” in place of God. Why do you think Humans do that?

  3. Looking at your own life; would you say that your daily habits, & the FRUIT of your life so far, show that Jesus Christ is your Lord?

  4. To be able to truly be claimed by Jesus when we face Him on judgment day, we must truly live for Him on the Earth, what one change would you like to commit to today that would bring you closer to Him? How will you measure that?
