Week of March 24, 2019 My House Worship Guide

Day 1

Read: John 16:1-15

Pray:

  • Thank God for sending the Holy Spirit to live inside of us who follow Jesus.

  • Thank God for the work that the Holy Spirit does to lead, convict, teach, and remind us of Truth.

  • Ask God to help you trust His Spirit, alive and at work in you who follow Jesus.

Day 2

Read: John 16:16-24

Pray:

  • Thank God that He made us to have real feelings and emotions.

  • Thank God for the joy that Jesus brings.

  • Ask God to help you ask Him boldly for the things that He wants for you, that your joy may be full.

Day 3

Read: John 16:25-33

Pray:

  • Thank God that He loves His children and hears them.

  • Thank God that He sent Jesus into the world to save us from our sin.

  • Ask God to help you have peace and to not be overcome by the world.
