Wednesday Night Kids Classes
This fall kids entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade will have an opportunity to grow closer to Christ as they learn together on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.

Adventure Seekers
At Adventure Seekers,
children will explore the greatest adventure of all: A personal
relationship
with Jesus! This special 3 week class is perfect for children who have
recently made a decision to become a Christ follower or for children
who are considering following Jesus. Adventure Seekers is for
all kids in K-5th grades.
During the fall semester
there will be two sessions of Adventure Seekers, beginning August 11th
and September 22nd. There is no charge for the class.
Boys Missions
Boys in K-5th
grades can come together to learn about missionaries around the world
as they participate in hands-on projects designed to show them that
they can be missionaries, too. Our boys and girls missions classes
will take the lead in our church-wide operation Christmas Child project
culminating on November 17th.
Boys missions will meet
for 13 weeks beginning on August 11th and there is no charge
for the class.
Girls Mission
Girls in K-5th
grades will find out that God wants us all to be missionaries as they
take part in hands-on projects, learn about missionaries around the
world and even sample the fare of different cultures. Our boys
and girls missions classes will take the lead in our church-wide
Operation
Christmas Child project culminating on November 17th.
Girl’s missions will meet for 13 weeks beginning on August 11th
and there is no charge for the class.
Travel Guide to the Armor of God
The
world is a scary place, but God is greater than it all! Here's help
for guiding your children (boys and girls, ages K-5th grade) to a
stronger
relationship with God. Lead them to have a faith so bold they'll be
able to stand firm in the midst of terrifying or unclear situations.
Kids will explore how to be strong in the decisions they make, and in
relationships with others. Kids' Travel Guide to the Armor of God is
perfect for helping children learn about spiritual issues in a
non-threatening-and
empowering-way.
The 13 week class begins on August 11th
and is free.
Ecclesia
K-2nd grade boys
and girls will discover that God is faithful through the book of Acts
and experience the birth and growth of the early church. They watch
as the early Christians share with each other, they travel along with
the first missionaries, and they discover the dangers that Paul and
Barnabas faced as they told others about Jesus.
Ecclesia will be
limited
to 15 students and there will be a $5 charge for materials. Ecclesia
is a six-week class beginning September 22nd and registration
is required.
Financial Peace Jr.
Your job as a parent
is not just to keep your child happy. You're raising a future grown-up
who needs to be able to deal with grown-up matters. Teach your children
how to handle money while they are young, and they won't make costly
mistakes later in life. It’s never too late to start! Financial Peace Jr. is the power of Financial Peace University
tailored for boys and girls in 3rd-5th grades.
It is a hands-on way to teach children the value of earning money.
The class will be offered in two six-week sessions beginning August
11th and September 22nd. Registration is
required and there is a $10 charge per student for materials.
How to Study Your Bible for Kids
How
to Study Your Bible for Kids gives boys and girls in 3rd-5th
grades the tools they need to study the Bible for themselves.
A video-driven curriculum uses an entertaining mix of live action and
animation to introduce the key concepts of inductive Bible study -
observation,
interpretation, and application. As kids join the adventures of Max
and Molly of the M and M Detective Agency, they'll get excited about
studying the Bible for themselves and discover that God's Word speaks
to them right where they are.
This six week class will begin August
11th and there will be a $7 charge per student for
materials. Registration is required.
Beloved Disciple
Through video clips,
Bible study, and activities, boys and girls in K-5th
grades will learn fascinating details about the disciple John’s
ministry,
his world, and his unique relationship with Jesus. Along the way, kids
will discover how they, too, can have a close personal relationship
with the Lord. Beloved Disciple will meet for 13 weeks beginning
August 13th and there will be a $10 charge per student for
materials.
The class will be limited to 15 students and registration
is required.
